You can schedule an optional video visit through the app for an additional fee. A completed e-consult is required first.
Pricing is Simple:

What if I need an in-person visit?
If your dermatologist determines that your condition requires an in-person evaluation (which occurs in 25% of cases), you're free to schedule with any provider of your choice.

In select locations, you can book an appointment at one of our affiliated clinics directly through the app* - with expedited scheduling based on the urgency of your condition. The decision to refer is made solely by the treating dermatologist based on medical necessity, and not all cases will require or qualify for in-person follow-up.

These visits are billed through insurance, or you can choose to pay our standard $95 out-of-pocket fee if uninsured (in select locations only).

Please note: All appointment requests must be reviewed and approved by the DermHub team and the affiliated clinic before they are confirmed. Because our dermatologists thoroughly evaluate your case and provide expert guidance, e-consults are not refundable, even if an in-person visit is ultimately recommended.
